Our services include full project management or tailored support to set up projects and provide training as needed. EA1 can assist projects at any stage, helping them get back on track or accelerating stages or full projects.

We customise operational and training manuals to suit all levels of client and contractor expertise, empowering in-house teams to manage projects effectively or providing the option for full outsourcing, offering flexibility through our agile design.

For a one-off license fee of £1.00, we offer full ownership of the customised SharePoint site we create for you. This enables your teams to continue and manage projects from our tuition and help, tailored to your branding and company profile.

Our rates are modest, and our value is exceptional.
